菊さんのランチをご紹介！ in 「お好み焼き」
今日の菊さんのランチは新橋駅近くにある広島焼のお店「HIDE坊（ひでぼう）」新橋本店です。広島焼き（そば入り）にトッピングとして「ネギかけ」を注文。お好み焼きの上にネギがたっぷりのせられており、ネギのシャキシャキ感がたまりません
広島風だけあって、もちろんソースは「おたふくソース」です！広島の対岸（愛媛）出身の菊さんとしては、お好み焼きや焼きそばには必ずこの「おたふくソース」を使用します
都内でこの「おたふくソース」を使ったお好み焼きを食せるだなんて、本当に嬉しい限りです！この「HIDE坊（ひでぼう）」さん、神田にもお店があるようですね！
