元祖！骨付き鳥といえば「一鶴」
四国の香川に骨付き鳥の発祥のお店「一鶴」があります。ここは半世紀も味を守り続けて、ついに横浜に２店舗もオープンしちゃいました！香川出身のナンチャン（ウッチャンナンチャン）もTV番組で絶賛したほど
このファンの多い「一鶴」の丸亀本店に行ってきました。この丸亀本店には小さい頃からちょくちょく通ってました。たまに無性に食べたくなるスパイス（塩・コショウ）のきいた味で、表面の皮はパリパリ！鳥メニューには「おやどり」or「ひなどり」しか無い程のガンコさ！さすがですっ
これからも通います
